PDF Viewer

Today I visited a blog of kowalczk. He created two, three softwares.
PDF viewer is one of that.

The startup time of Acrobat Reader 4.0 is 5 seconds.
Sumatra PDF claiming as fast startup. We have to check this.

This is open source PDF viewer. We can give a try.
